Hasana, Inc. will accept items for exchange only. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition, postmarked within 7 days of receiving shipment, by the traceable shipment method of your choice and we will be glad to evaluate it for you. Sadly, any issues that are the result of damage or normal wear and tear cannot be accommodated nor can we accept exchanges after 7 days. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. All sales are final.


A Return Merchandise Authorization form must be obtained before returning items for exchange. Please fill out the form below or contact Customer Service at to receive a form. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form will not be processed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a response.

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly exchange the item. Please contact us within 48 hours of items received via telephone at +01 773-570-0796.


Repairs are made on a case by case basis. Please email for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item was made within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged a fee for the repair and return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
